I help my clients tap into patient-centered strategies that foster self-advocacy, improve care outcomes, and inspire collaborative culture.

PILLARS OF SERVICE

  • Patient Centered Mindset

This mindset centers health care around each patient’s unique needs and perspectives. It transforms care into a collaborative dynamic, prioritizing patients' engagement preferences and health goals in all decision-making.

  • Agency Before Literacy

Patients don’t need to be 100% fluent in the healthcare system to participate—patients have a right to participate, and empowering participation upholds those fundamental rights.

  • Equity & Access

Addressing challenges from varied patient-provider perspectives and the influence of social determinants and trauma on engagement. We work together to ensure safe, accessible health care for all, especially for those facing greater self-advocacy challenges.

  • Trauma Informed

Recognizing that trauma responses are integral to interpersonal dynamics in health care, I provide services that are mindful of both patient and provider experiences of trauma and burnout.

  • Small Change & System Change

Initiating positive transformations in healthcare, focusing on individual patient interactions and broader, system-wide reforms. System change starts with improving day-to-day experiences.

  • Data-Driven

A commitment to empirical evidence and innovation. I leverage data-driven insights to develop and implement effective strategies that advance patient-centered health care practices.
